Make it so the Phantoms can rarely drop their oh so pretty Shadow Cutter when killed the FIRST time. Not the respawns, just the first time you kill a Phantom. It would give up to 4 possible chances on Phantoms dropping them (for a full party of course). The Phantom obviously respawns with it's, as it can't attack otherwise, but it would be really rather interesting if players could obtain them.

Drop their Shadow gear that has HUGE damage, but insanely low Status Resistance, kinda like the Chaos Cowl.
I know there's no such thing as a Shadow Cutter. They have a cutter skinned sword that does shadow damage... I gave it a name based on how it looks and what it does. :p
