In my curiosity, i have noticed that this "reskin" of what looks to be an antigua reskin, is 5* and does piercing damage. Now i could be wrong but if someone could post a video or picture explaining what it is a reskin of, i would appreciate it.

Antigua style would have fit, that's probably why the model looks like an antigua water pistol.
Unless I'm wrong, don't they only do recolors of items from the supply depot? That would explain why its a blitz needle.
