I have a bit of an issue concerning the forge. it's nice and all; I like it but the problem is the things it says that it will give , for example bonuses and skipping of levels, it doesn't give. is there anything that can be done about that

There is a reason because of this.
We are suppose to very rarely get the prizes we want. The better the prize, the more rare.
I mean, can you imagine if we got a double level up every time? Then things would be easier than before the Forge. Or what about heating up level 1 5* items with 9 radiants? We could get so many Radiant Forge Boxes that we may as well toss out the rarities section of the Supply Depot.

Well, I think the rate should be raised. I've fully heated 8 items since the Forge was introduced, and I used the 100% option each time. I only got one box this entire time.

the forge doesn't give the prizes automatically, it's only a chance.
