Hello all, I've had some troubles recently.
I haven't touched this game in about a year or more, so when I logged in I was a tad overwhelmed with everything. I have played a bit recently, but there are still some things that confuse me.
If anyone can just kind of catch me up on the recent patches and stuff, that'd be awesome.
Besides that I have a couple questions.
(Also I'm at whatever tier the Dusker set is at. Not too sure)
1. Is there any item that can be crated cheaply from recipes that can net some good profit over at the Auction House?
2. Does the King Jelly still exist? I'm pretty sure that was a thing...
3. Is this armor tier still viable (Dusker armor going to Ash Tail)
4. I've looked into those Fire Crystals... is there any way to get a recipes for higher tier ones (I have a recipe for Cracked or whatever, but I need Warm, Glowing, or whatever to level up things. Right now it seems all my Heat is going to waste)

We can't tell you exactly what you've missed. For one thing, we don't know exactly when you left. For another, our memory is imperfect and biased. Fortunately, there is a place where you can go to get a perfect, detailed description of every change (except for "stealth changes"):

Good unique variants (e.g. CTR on a Brandish) are worth a lot. I'm not sure about non-UVed items.

Yes. That is classic sworder armor. You can find lots more information in my detailed sword guide.

See the wiki page "List of Missions". It tells you which missions give you recipes for fire crystals.

Lesson Learned
Ok thanks guys for all the help. The missions were confusing so I have yet to do a lot of them. I guess I'll get those recipes then. Also I apologize for maybe making a worthless topic, but I'd was trying to get some quick info on everything instead of searching around for things.
I'm pretty excited to get back into this game, so thanks for the help.
I'm not too sure about question 1 but I can answer the rest.
2. Yes, the Jelly King still exists. Play rank mission 5-2 "The Sovereign Slime" to fight him.
3. Dusker can be upgraded to Ash Tail and it is a viable armor set. If you mainly use swords, I highly recommend you get the set. ^^
4. The rank mission rewards will give you recipes for Warm, Glowing, and Shining fire crystals. However, they will not give you the recipe for Radiant fire crystals. I usually get my Warm fire crystals from rank mission 3-2. If you're looking for Glowing fire crystals, you can find them at Royal Jelly Palace. ^^
