I currently run with a Perfect Seerus Mask, Antigua (Undead: V. High), Warmaster Rocket Hammer, Ash Tail Coat, Grey Owlite Shield, Tetra-Heart Pendant and Health Boost II on my level 32 Drakon but that i find that isn't very effective when i run FSC so i'm looking for an effective loadout that's effective in the sub-levels as well as the Throne Room against Vanaduke, Post below and i'll see if it's effective.

It's one thing to comment on your specific loadout. Your specific loadout is fine. In general, I'd ditch the Antigua/Argent for some gun that does more damage: Nova/Storm in the early FSC levels, or Blitz all around. But that undead+4 bonus is nice. Also, you might want to wait for the impending gunner update before making any big plans for guns.
As far as general FSC loadout ideas go, there have been probably hundreds of threads on this topic over the years. Try searching Google for something like "FSC loadout site:forums.spiralknights.com".

I agree with Dutch-Mcloven, get a chaos cloak, the UV isn't totally necessary since the Seerus mask has fire resistance. But, this might depend on your connection/how well you can avoid fire.
Silversix/AP is a good enough gun for there, you might get tired of clicking if you use it as a main weapon but it's good as a sidearm.
Later on, get a weapon slot/blitz needle when you can, and get a sword like combuster since the CTR from the chaos cloak will be more useful.

I wouldnt say you really need
I wouldnt say you really need to go through the trouble of making a fire med chaos cloak. Upgrading your current coat to vog cub will give you good resists + asi medium for your hammer. combining it with seerus mask will make fire feel like its not even there. You dont need the universal damage bonus for your silversix and if you get a blitz later it will be strong with or without +2 damage bonus (that you would get with chaos cloak).
The options players above me suggested are fine ofcourse, I just think that getting vog cub is the cheapest option and a decent one. And I like it because you actually make use of your cool antigua, it would be a bit of a shame to use universal gun bonuses and let the uv lose its worth. If I had a gun like that I would try making a sword oriented loadout with that as a side arm probably.

The chaos cloak would be better overall and I'd definitely look into it eventually. In the meantime, Plancker does bring up a good point-- vog cub will suit you quite nicely, and is an extremely useful armor to boot.

Chaos is dangerous
Chaos cloak is a "double edged sword", sure you get very nice weapon boosts but if you make a misstep and get lit on fire when you have no HP/remedy caps you lose a HUGE chunk of hp, In the vanaduke mask phase you will want that high fire resistance as there are fire bullets everywhere.
The mask of Seerus does that and it provides good elemental resistance to boot (plus nice weapon boosts), A vog cub coat also helps with that.
Once you get the fire resist your biggest threat may be shadow damage (so try to get some shadow resist UVs) but just keeping your eyes peeled and knowing the Slag AI should save you a lot.
As far as weapons go try to get a Blitz needle and combuster (both with CTR boosts).
Other weapons (for the slots 3 and 4) can include: storm/nova driver, Polaris, Argent peacemaker might be nice with that Antigua (as your UV would compound with the natural one to reach great levels), and of course the Valiance (seriously with some good footwork you can clear rooms with that one gun)
Buy a magic cloak with fire resist medium and make a chaos cloak. Upgrade antigua to silversix or argent. You should be able to get through fsc with that.
As for Vana, either make a blitz needle or just run with parties that have them. Not having a blitz isn't even an option unless you're a total badass.
