Hey there! Mengh here ^-^ and I've got a story to tell we can all relate to:

- Random new player of Spiral Knights of quite a low rank is lazy of getting the crowns they need so starts begging.
) I'm just at Haven socialising with friends.
- New player asks me for some crowns.
) I refuse to give my hard-earned crowns.
- New player runs off to beg some more.

The moral of the story is that you need to work hard for your crowns and so I'm starting a project to get to a million crowns by just doing arcade runs to get those crowns.

- I'll be using my alt account Meep-The-Bank, a T2 knight, to get the crowns.
- I'll be doing T2 arcade runs and only arcade runs.
- The project will carry on for weeks and maybe months until I have gained a million crowns.
- I'll be providing updates and snapshots if requested and will upload a video of all the screenshots once I've finished the project.
- My point is that you can achieve great things if you do things by yourself as many people can do amazing things but choose not to due to ''being lazy'' and limit themselves with actions like begging.

So, we watch you get a million crowns, because a beggar begged you. This is a game where you're suppose to have fun while getting money. Honestly, you still play the game, so you're not being lazy, and this, most beggars don't go on the forums. I rarely find such events. Although, getting a million crowns as a message too tell beggars to get off their bums and start getting crowns, if beggars went on the forums. So... good luck on the coin run?

Regardless of whether or not you intended to promote some kind of message by doing this, it would still be quite the incredible feat if you were to succeed. However, will you also be selling off recipes or other items you find during your runs to make those crowns? Or are you strictly sticking to the monetary profits you make?

@Miss-Matryoshka No, I won't be buying and selling recipes to earn profit of them. It'll be purely the crowns I get from the arcade runs - being crown drops from monsters or treasure boxes. (As well as those patches of grass you can find a quick crown in)

@Distraptre Well I won't exactly be farming it unless I do run into it during an arcade run.

Beggars usually aren't at tier 3. So he's farming Tier 2 for a million crowns. Because every time I see a beggar, I don't say, "Go farm FSC." Because they probably aren't there if they have to beg.

I have done this kind of thing several times: Collect a million crowns or two, just by playing the Arcade, without significant buying or selling. It is definitely doable. Of course, it's easier if you never spend any crowns on recipes, crafting, accessories, guild hall, etc.

Try seeking out danger rooms. They are fun and profitable (even after the 3 energy ~ 200 crowns entry fee). Enjoy.

It'll take you 7 & 1/2 weeks of nonstop playing (no sleep, no eating, no work or school) to earn a million crowns at that rate (specifically, 800cr/hr). I recommend traversing the more lucrative areas of the Clockworks.

It took me less than a day to make a million crowns merching items. The merchant would have to have a handicap of some sort.

A P2P would make a million in less than a week, especially during an event like this, and since the event just started, people are eager to get their hands on stuff before everyone else does. Which means that a P2P could make a million and then some. Depending if they wanna gamble, or sell the boxes. All it would take is either 4.95 and some luck, or $20 selling the 5 boxes for 200k each.

I can be this P2P merchant. but, i don't have to work hard. or even work at all. Just sit on my buttocks and make 1 mil.

You could always "cheat" a little and always choose a gate with Snarby, JK, or RT though just to get some more...

@Welux xD P2P Merchants have a great advantage due to their sales being quite frequent plus selling valued items at a slight big price helps them gain enough profit to continue getting more stock.

@Pandafishie Yep. Also, I'm limited to only T1 and T2 since the alt account is only a T2 Soldier Ranked Knight.

I have taken low recruits to tier 3 to make cr fast if i find them to be nice and hardworking( of course i carry a little but we all hated to have to grind to get past HoH right?)

True, sometimes you got to do the most boring part to get where you need to be. It's not really cheating to be honest as you allow your party access to T3 because you have access to it.
