I don't really understand, as I just tried playing the game from my first account made. I connected with Facebook to start, and then started loading the game. When it came up, I tried connecting to facebook which did nothing so I went o my account area and set a password. When I try logging in, i'm told I can't make any new free accounts on this computer..

This is the first and only time I've tried playing this game. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong..?

I sent a support email and I was asked if it was possible if anyone else used this computer for Spiral Knights and it's not, since the game was only made available a couple of months ago and I'm the only person in the house that either 1) uses the computer regularly, and 2) Plays any games. I haven't gotten an answer back in 2 days?
