i have 3 advanced orbs of alchemy and i need to beat the soveirgn slime so does anyone have anopinion of which 3 star wepon i should make?

A decent alternative would be Fireburst Brandish. While it isn't that effective for the Royal Jelly Palace being Elemental, it will pay off in the late-game. Acheron may be overpowered, but Combuster would be thinking more about what comes later on.

It depends on what weapons
It depends on what weapons you use. Are you a swordsman, gunner, or a bomber? Nightblade for swordies, Shadowtech MKII for gunners, and there are multiple choices for bombers. Beginner bombers don't really have a best bomb for JK IMO since bombs are underwhelming until 4*.The dark matter and it's shock status line isin't the best bomb but it works in JK. Super blast bomb is ideal for every bomber to have. I think the best bomb for 3* bombers in JK is to get a Fiery Vaporizer MK II or a Lightning Capacitor.
Well, to beat up slimes you want a shadow weapon. And the most powerful weapon in the game (arguably) is a shadow weapon: Acheron. So the obvious answer here is the 3-star Acheron, which is called Nightblade. It would serve you well now and later.
