The first one is new content. I would like to see new things that haven't been seen before.
The second is changes to prize boxes, being switching back from money to energy.
The last one is just balanced content. Simple as that.

New Content - None of this stupid "one week only" seasonal garbage. More actual themed floors, enemies, boss floors, etc.
Balanced Content - Yes please. I want all gear to be viable, within reason. DVS/WHB, Rigadoon/Flamberge, etc. come to mind.
Changes to Heat - Get rid of forging, buff 5* shards, or let us craft up heat crystals even if it were at a loss. Pick one.
Consistent Updates/More Frequent Progress Updates - I understand devs are not supposed to talk to the playerbase, but where is our community manager? Why are the Game Masters talking in her stead?
Also i really don't care if the only regular updates you push are gear numbers balancing every 2 weeks if it gives people the impression that you guys are actually monitoring the game and giving reason for players to use varied equipment.
Changes to Prize Boxes - Get rid of it and let us buy whatever parts we want with CE. (Unlikely, but it is worth a shot)

Yeah, uh ...
I was going to say that my answer probably fell under Improved Aesthetics as much as it did New Content, but then I looked at who actually asked for it and realized it wasn't what I had in mind.
If this thread shows us anything, it's that we all want new content but can't agree at all about what that means specificially. I, for example, have absolutely no use for more weapons. Heck, I'm not even that excited about the Gunner Update. Visual/aesthetic improvements to make the game more fun to look at, though, would be fantastic.
