find the vanaduke gate
Battle your way through hordes of enemies
If you can't survive your way there you're definitely not ready yet.
Grind some gates until you are.

Use the party finder to find an open party.
If there isn't one, make one.
If you don't have access to the mission yet then it's going to be tough for someone to want to take you. (unless you're one of those low ranks with 5* gear, but if you've been around that long you wouldn't be asking here)

After getting about halfway through this thread...
Perhaps Frankenfoose here hasn't gotten the whole "the forums is not your personal diary" spiel yet.
With that being said, the forums is not your personal diary.
I had two knight-ranked knights in Haven beg me to "bring them on my next run" because they "needed crowns". I saw Heart of Ice was the daily mission and told them it would be hard. They didn't care.
Needless to say, I dragged two wolver clones through an elite heart of ice run. Then this happened. Aaah, the icing on the cake.
They were mostly polite(and were substantially useful in the sense that they prevented frozen souls from spawning) but still... Come on... Play to your ability or ask friends to bring you places. Asking strangers can lead to undesirable results.

I'm sorry but no. I've taken bunches of lower geared people on Vana runs before and they NEVER listen to what I say. Which is just try to survive, nothing else. But yet they go on and try to kill things and get themselves killed. So unless you're at least full 4*, I ain't taking you.
