Unless things have changed, FF charges with max damage will not kill Trojan in elite w/full party. I saw it do the job when duo'ing floors at max heat and damage, but I think that's the best it gets.

The barbles don't spawn in the right spot to all-in-one the barble charge as far as I'm aware, unless it's a boss.
But if you magically did such... I think btb outdoes flourish.

Tried. Elite difficulty 4 members party, one charge FF level 10 + max damage only does half and a bit more of trojan hp (even in depth 24). You could sneak in another one (or two if trojan's acting silly) normal combo right after the charge. So it could be up to 5 hit combo, but it's not spectacular like overpowered blitz needle. I don't bother with Zeddy charts, so lazy to check up.

Depends on what you define as T3.
Here's damage by depth
and here's enemy healthy by depth.
On depth 19, if you're solo and playing on Normal, you could kill a Trojan with a single ordinary combo completely without damage bonuses.
I used to run FSC with Combuster and Final Flourish, and I'd charge Final Flourish to kill the trojans. That was solo, on what is now called Advanced difficulty. I think that a FF charge with damage+2 can kill a trojan on solo Elite now. I'm not sure about larger parties, less damage bonus, etc.
