Contrary to popular belief, Mohawks do not make everything look better. Especially wolver-line caps.

My personal opinion
Personally, I'd wait until I get the ultimate armor. I'd just farm a lot and wait until I get enough Crowns to buy more CE, complete this a billion times and soon, YOU GET ENOUGH CE TO BUY AWESOME ARMOR (and the DLC if you don't have the hammer).
