Wow. Gloaming Wildwoods blows FSC away in the lag department. Lair of the Snarbolax was running at a blistering 5 FPS.

Snarbolax is neat, even though it took me five minutes to beat him solo. It's hard to keep him in range of the bell without getting hit by the bite attack, and he only stays stunned for like three seconds. I'd get to hit him once if I was lucky then he's back to invincible again. So yeah, just wasn't expecting a Tier 1 boss to be harder to solo than the Jelly King. >_> (Although I heavily suspect he's not that hard and most of the difficulty is coming from my completely abysmal FPS. It's like, Core terminal lag bad.)

Also, he does piercing despite being Tier 1. I saw yellow bars flying off my character once or twice, but I didn't see which attack dealt the piercing because of the lag. :x

Anyway, going to grind tokens until I get the shield and then maybe the sword later. :P

Although I must say I love the update, I am, as others, disappointed that there have been no new gunslinger items. It seems like its almost pointless to be a gunslinger now that swordsmen have damage bonuses with every piece of equipment, and yet gunslingers just have IAS, which, even at max, isn't enough to compensate for even a medium damage bonus, much less a max damage bonus. Hopefully there will be new gunslinger armor/items in the next update.

The boss was AWSHEUM! Running around a cramped room with all manner of thorny attacks flying in every direction while trying to hit a giant Wolver is the greatest thing i have ever done in SK. BTW Katmint, Snarbeh has all manners of ranged attacks that deal piercing. Oh, and when he burrows his path is marked by pointy piercy spikes. I think the only attack he has that deals normal damage is his 3-bite combo. BTW2....I SOLO'D HIM IN 2-STAR GEAR! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

After my first battle against Snarbolax i must to say. Good job devs! The level Gloaming Wildwoods looks fantastic and the final battle with Snarbolax makes so much fun. For high level player it´s not very challenging (i know it is T1) but i enjoy the fight! I hope we will see more things like that.
