I had just finished a run... and a person walks up to me asking for some crowns...
i was being nice... because it was only 1.1k
this person said it was for a shield... and i asked for something in return... so i knew that he was gonna give back my crowns. He said all his stuff was bound... so i was a little hesitant... but i gave it to him.
It shouldn't take all that long to get something... so i sent a tell to ask where he was... and after the second one... he got off.
So a warning to all the players out there>>>>>> Pychoknight was this person

the reason i wanted him to give me something was so i KNEW he was going to give me the 1.1k back

You gave him crowns to buy something in exchange for the materials that he gave you.
I'm relatively certain that's a "trade". It's hardly a scam. If he didn't have the crowns to buy the item, why would he have the crowns to repay you? I feel like we're in a sitcom...

Hah. People who try to scam others like that are the reason high level players can't loan or donate money to noobs. I can't be shure if the person I'm giving something too means his word, or is really a noob at all.It's their fault nice little noobies can't get the pity money I'd like to give.
