I heard about Spiral Knights from a friend and decided to play it. I clicked play, when the game loaded I made my character and started the game. It loaded to 90% and froze. I made another knight but the same thing happened. Even when I downloaded the game. I unplugged my Belkin router but the same thing happened. What do I do.
I have Windows XP
Dell optiplex GX280 computer
Whats wrong?
I updated my Java.
Uninstalled and reinstalled Spiral Knights
Its still not loading properly. I have a sorta old computer from 2003

What is the specific router you are using? Older routers have problems playing games like this.
To make sure that the issue is your router: plug your computer directly into your modem, and turn the router off.
If the problem persists, your computer is not set up correctly to play the game.
The same thing happened to me! It loaded to 89% or 90% on one of the characters. So I toke a Game Master's advice and uninstalled Spiral Knights and installed it. And I also upgraded my java. So try that.
