Use Gorgomega. It's the only Shield that is able to survive a single-hit from a Silversap on anything higher than Normal.

i feel yeah man. whenever i find those broken freezing wooden right armless trash cans that can sometimes burn, shock, and poison, i just pray to God none of them hit me. However when i do try to get away from them they somehow manage to hit me and i died.
Btw i soloed a tier 3 arena thats frozen and i got chased by 15 of them. I cloaked and i was able to count them. It was not fun facing them. *cries*

No... NO, NO! Don't remind me of that time! Kyborg-Kiske, I don't know if you were around Haven's Arcade during the Great Cradle Ice Age, but that was a time where the Spiral Order lost 80% of their warriors to the nonstop tennis matches pulled off by the Silversaps. Keep in mind that there was no Gorgomega at this time. If you didn't have a Heater Shield with some sort of Stun resistance, you would always just barely make it out of the next room alive.

I don't understand, the Silversap is just misunderstood.
He just wants a high five and he doesn't realize he's too big, so your spine turns to ash when he breaks your skull with his giant wood arm.
If you had frost resist you could possibly even befriend them, of just shoot them to put them out of their misery from the evil gremlin overlords. You think they like turning your bones into a fine paste?

You might also want to wear freeze resistant gear, just in case your (Gorgomega) shield is out or if you forget to shield at a silversap.

Silversaps are a nightmare in
Silversaps are a nightmare in URJP, not because they're an especially hard monster, but because they do the following:
Ones that attack other knights can knock attacking slimes into you. Not fun.
Same as above, but for ones that are attacking you.
The only way to get out of a tight space might be to either TRY fitting through a cluster of attacking jellies, or to go for the SilverSap. Either way, you're screwed.
They hide the silkwings, and trying to get around them ends in hurt and pain.
On their own, Silversaps are incredibly easy. In crowded situations, they're an absolute pain. They are the sole reason I keep either a dark retribution or storm driver on me at all times in URJP. (Need to make a magma driver or ash of agni again...)

Even when players carry shields with improper defense types to handle freeze status, Dread Skelly is still forgotten and overshadowed, and that's where it will always linger. In the shadows.

Ah yes, I remember my first painful experience.
There was two of them that ganged up on me. One was pounding me really hard in the back. The other one didn't seem that interested. Just when I thought it was over, this really huge one came in and they just took turns. I'm still recovering from said nightmare.
