Anyone got some good tips how to farm them? I'm collecting Elite Orbs for a good arsenal because im already Defender Elite and my weapons are lame.
How to farm Elite Orbs?
Step 1:Run roarmulus, collect tokens for all the weapons you want.
Step 2:After you have your weapons you can sell anything else you earn from that mission for CR.
Step 3:Take your CR (from items sold and running mission) to Kozma and trade it for CE.
Step 4:Use CE to buy orbs from Kozma.
Step 5:Add these orbs to whatever orbs you find from farming roarmulus and start alchemizing.
Step 6: Suggest Pie helm costumes with orbs decorating them in the Suggestion forum
Well I got about an orb every 3 runs on elite mode, using this one trick. Do the first level of Sewer Stash. This outa be easy simply cause it's slime, if you beat JK then you should have no problem here. So shadow weapons piercing defense, heck just run through most of the lichens if you feel like. Also bring anti-slime damage perk. This is more viable than RT if you prefer slimes to obstacle courses. Also cause there are quite a few treasure boxes on this first level. The ones after the first level don't have as many.
Post #2 has the most practical answer. The default way to get orbs is not to find them, but to buy them with energy (which you can buy with crowns or real money). On those rare crafting occasions when you don't need to buy orbs, because you've found all that you need, you should be pleasantly surprised.
From the data I've seen, by the time you find the orbs you need in the dungeon, you will have earned vastly more crowns than are needed to buy those orbs. In other words, if you insist on finding orbs, then you will be holding yourself back.

+1 to Fehzor's farming plan.
Now, do you have anything special about farming for Radiants?
Maybe I should make a couple functions to tack on mission and prestige sorting+ranking into that data. Then everyone can see how much I enjoy playing ironclaw munitions factory!
Also, RJP gives you a chance at advanced orbs as well (orbs can currently be obtained 2 depths outside their stratum = to star count). RJP also has slightly more red boxes than IMF. Finally, missions like "sewer stash" can be mostly skipped in search for boxes. I don't advise this because as in post #2, crowns are still the optimal orb farming method.
If you shuck the elite orbs you find on levels such as the Roarmulus Twins and anywhere else in stratum 4 that has lots of boxes, you can typically get a good number of seeds to start off with. Once you have that, you'll want to start a guild and purchase some potted plants, so that you can remove the plants from their pots and put your elite orb seeds in there instead... you'll want to start out small, and grow your collection larger as time and resources permit.
Elite orbs typically like a lot of shade, but not too much... it is recommended that you rotate them through the snipe garden so that they get enough sun, as well as use the blast furnace theme. To water your elite orb plants, switch to the rainy guildhall theme two or three times a month for about a day or so, but be sure not to drown them by keeping it on any longer, and to go back to the default theme immediately after. Elite orbs typically grow for around 4 months to reach maturity, and require an acidic soil PH, so a combination of grave dust and gel drops will make an excellent fertilizer.
Whenever you're ready to harvest, pull the elite orb plant out of the pots by their stalk and chop off the part above with your cleaver/scissorblades. Its a lot of work, but there's nothing like sitting down to elite orb pie in the Fall, or spreading elite orb jams onto your bread every morning. They even go great in a casserole! Good luck and happy harvest!
