Created on August 30, 2011, Dark Guardians is one of the older guilds in Spiral Knights. We've toppled Granny Vanny countless times, triumphed (and FAILED! xD) in epic matches of guild lockdown, hosted some great contests, and established ourselves in the SK community as a bunch of crazy people! After facing the deadly diseases of inactivity and laziness for the last 12 months, Dark Guardians has decided to stop being lazy fat potatoes and to begin welcoming all of the homeless people of the world to our cardboard box! :)

Dark Guardians will be open to PvP and PvE players, though some of us greatly enjoy Lockdown. We are searching for active, crazy, and mature members that just want to relax and have a good time, regardless of how much money you have or how skillful you are!

==Application Process/Ranking up==

1. Once you apply, Knightofheaven/Kingsilverwolf will review your application and shoot you an invite (super easy to get in)
2. After that, you will enter a grace period of 3 days where you will remain a recruit! As long as you're active and honor our core values (scroll to the bottom!), you'll pass and earn member status! :)
3. As member, you should be active (on at least a few times a week!) and participate in guild events.
4. Members are promoted to Veteran after at least a month of being in the guild and exceptionally embodying all values that we stand for! T3 clearance and a good knowledge of the game is required. People will be looking to you for help, vet! :)
