Okay, I made some edits to the rules.
Rules:
1. Everyone starts with 10 points. Players will be ranked based on those points. More points = higher rank.
2. Players should upvote people who they think is more skilled than they are, and downvote those they think are less skilled than they are.
Voting Mechanics:
Each player gets at most 1 vote from every other player. That vote can be an upvote or a downvote.
...A player that receives an upvote gains 1 point.
...A player that receives a downvote loses 1 point.
...A player that casts a downvote loses 0.5 points.
...A player will not be penalized for not voting, unless they are being an obvious point farm (see important notes)
...A player that votes for him/herself loses 10 points.
NEW RULE: If you have more than 20 points, your votes count double (downvote penalty still 0.5).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. If you want to be part of the rankings, you must provide proof* (screenie/vid) that you play T3 Lockdown. You can also vote for people who do not volunteer themselves for the ranking (just provide proof that they play T3 Lockdown)**.
2. You can vote for as many players as you want. Just remember one vote per player! You can also change your votes as long as I haven't counted them yet.
I will tally up the points periodically and list the rankings. I will say which post number I stopped at, so any edits made to posts STRICTLY BEFORE that number will NOT be counted.
Because of this system, you will need to make new posts to vote for new players as they are added to the rankings.
3. You can add people to the ranking list without casting a vote for them. Make sure you provide proof if there needs to be (see#1).
*If it's pretty obvious to people that you play T3, no proof is needed. You will have to provide proof if someone objects.
**I reserve the right to "freeze" suspicious inactive players that may used to farm upvote points.

Rankings have been updated to include all votes up to post 28.
Only posts #29 and onward are active now. If you want to make edits, you will need to make a new post and say you are changing your vote.

PS - Please use people's full IGN, not nicknames. I don't know everyone, so I may get confused with who is who. Also, feel free to correct me if I spelled your name wrong, if I missed someone, counted one person as two people, etc.
