What are the best missions for collecting lots of crowns? I really need them now.

Defender Elite
I'm Defender Elite and i have not unlocked The King of Ashes yet. But i'll try going OCH, but it will be sure hard.

The guild Lancer Knightz has detailed data on mission crown payouts. OCH is the only mission they're missing.
At some point, Skepticraven may also chime in, to point out that even strata of the Arcade pay much more than odd strata.

Oh. If you aren't 5* yet, you could try the roarmulus twins. Selling the boss items, especially with the impending gunner update that may or may not exist at this point, could make you a pretty penny.

Or, since you do have T3 clearance, you could run FSC through the arcade.
The only issues with that is-
-It takes longer
-Finding a party is a drag (if you need one, anyways)
-There's a large gap between FSC and some mediocre currency gain
Although, on a plus note, running FSC through the arcade gives you 4x tokens for that run.
Probably a combination between arenas in S6 of the arcade and operation crimson hammer, if you're good at them and have a good team put together. The idea being that Crimson Hammer likely pays out the most if you craft the perfect mask of the perfect seerus and then sell it to the Spiral Order after every third run. This would get you 25,000 cr per 3 runs of OCH, or a little over 8,000 crowns. I don't know how quickly you run levels, but you'd get around 12-14K per go at it, counting the 8k in.
Failing that, you could grind Firestorm Citadel. It isn't optimal by any means, but its very easy to craft a blitz/strike needle and have a go at it due to how many people are always wanting to partake in the mission.
And failing that once more, you could always grind for rarities you need, as those effectively save you money you would be dumping into the supply depot otherwise. Think about it this way- three elite orbs = 400 energy. One elite orb = 133 energy. Every time you find an elite orb that you would otherwise buy, you've saved 133 energy. So if that is the case, then I can make a huge bit more playing in T2 than I would otherwise, if I need elite orbs.
