Too bad you have to grind more than appocrea to even gain access to the mission you have to grind even more to get materials to begin crafting a single item you will have to upgrade multiple times.
How rare are the damn things needed to craft the id anyway? An entire run of return of UR gives me none.

You don't even have 10k crowns? Why did you spend all your money? I had like 100,000 saved up before the update.

Anyway, the Arcade is the best place to get them, but unfortunately, T1 is the only place with a decent Fiend level. (In missions there are no scenario rooms. They also don't show up on per-genorated rooms.)
