Serious question. I was under the impression that Spiral Knights had died long, long ago.
Also, it's been... what, 8 months since the Gunner Update was announced? The models have been in the game's code since less than a month after the update was announced, and we've gotten tons of "new" content since then. I'm really disappointed, and kind of wish I could ask for a refund of the nearly $100 I thought I spent on supporting the development of this game.
Does that look like the Gunner Update we were promised?
No, but it's something. It's a completely different gun for sure. Go ahead and leave if you wish. Complaining more isn't going to change anything.
Oh another "This game isn't dead yet?!?" thread, no its not the Gunner Update, but it is at least something new that isn't a costume. I'm curious on how people are going to use these guns. I feel like they could be used by Guardians in LD with ASI H or VH.

no one carry's that you stopped playing and no one would care even if you start playing ageing, delete your account and no one well still care or even notice you were even there :3 all because your one of those butt hurt idiots that are still crying over the gunner update delay doesn't give you the right to start judging other people entertainment by asking a stupid question like" Wait... people still play this" well maybe to you it might dead but over a million people still don't think its dead just over some update delay and still enjoy playing this game .
so the real question you should be asking your self is "why are you still take the time to make a forum own a game that you dislike playing any more.
you should be playing games that are far funner than this game sense your sooo disappointed that the world doesn't revolve around you ^p.s try making a game before you can judge, also spiral knights didn't tell you to spend 100 dollars own this game you SH## head you did that by your own will and if you really want to "support the game " start by editing and removing you re#### post and save every one the time from wasting 1 min of there life own this trash like i did thx :)
The new gun mechanics to some extent DO beat out the 8 or so promised to us by Nick.
We're not waiting for the gunner update, we're waiting for the gunner update AND the arcade redux AND the new boss AND whatever else was promised to us. Those are the things that Three Rings is supposedly doing.

Fdliyerz is entitled to his/her opinion and it is not up to you or anyone else to shut him/her up, you don't have to be cook to be a food critique. And everyone here is free to judge this game without people like you judging them.

Why would you or anyone spend money on things that doesn't exist in the real world? It seems stupid to me that anyone would give money to game devs in the hope of getting what they wanted added into the game, no, when you give money to a game dev, it shows your support and they were in no shape or form owe you anything. So please think twice next time before giving your hard earned cash to a game company who obiviously doesn't care what their fan base has to say.
At least if it died they wouldn't need to bring out the gunner update.

Are you certain that you wish to withdraw your support from the game? And was your contribution solely based on the fact that the gunner update is due or because you genuinely felt that they deserved your support? Also some of what I wanted to say has already been said. Except for what Zeus-Thunderbolt said. Even the one sentence of his that I support.
Regardless of how you may feel about my post, or even if you read it, the only other thing that I can say is "Welcome back." Oh that and seek out and join some of us active players to get a better understanding as to why we still play, if you do not have one yet. One less complaint is always welcome, but one more companion is welcomed even more, Fdliyerz.
Games only die when the developers decide to close them; not when barely-mentioned-player-number-9934 decides to leave because he was bored.
I don't see why you're surprised that it's still going, not everyone thinks or enjoys this game the same way you do.
