In terms of armor, the obvious choices are Chaos, Black Kat Cowl, or a mix of gunslinger and bomber armor. Although you're asking about only armor, you might want to mention your plans for weapons, as your choice in armor is somewhat determined by the weapons. For example, status-oriented bombs (Voltaic Tempest, etc.) benefit a lot more from CTR than from damage bonus. Some guns are charge-oriented (Blitz Needle, etc.) while others are regular-attack-oriented (Sentenza).
