So I was doing the "A Revelation in Flames' Mission again as my friend was over and wanted to play. But when I finished the mission and went back to Haven, my battle sprite, a Drakon, had disappeared. To clarify, I had already done the mission where I picked my battle sprite already. Is there anyway to get it back?
My Battle Sprite just disappeared.

What the Mission does is it replaces whatever is occupying your Sprite Slot, and fills it with a Level 15 Sprite of that Mission. Afterwards, it is unequipped, leaving you with no Sprite selected. As Cross-Over said, just look in your Battle Sprite tab.

What I consider amusing is that you can wear your old sprite throughout the Battle Sprites missions, if you have access to an arsenal station and a loadout, of course.
...I'm not quite sure if this applies to your original sprite just being in your Battle Sprite tab again, but it should be there nonetheless.
It's nice to get some odd looks and "Waht." comments whenever I seemingly "glitched" the game to have my fully evolved sprite through those missions.
Not to offend you, but have you checked your Battle Sprite tab at the very top of your arsenal?
Some others have made the mistake of not checking there.
But if your sprite is truly gone, forgive me.
