Not refunded money from bids?

Earlier while the servers were lagging, I went to a Spanish server in order to better bid on a Mirrored Lockbox on short. However, whenever I placed a bid, the Auction House would take my crowns but not update the displayed bid, and I only realized that I was suddenly missing 300,000 something crowns after the bid ended. Reaaaaaally hoping someone can fix this and/or refund me my hard-earned money :/

Hi !
you losed 300000 crs .. it won't come back .. there's no hope for that .. or if u still think that there's hope then contact directly to GM ..
