I was getting a little tired of my snarby set and thought that it is a good idea to sorta get a new set...
I think that i shud get the divine mantle and veil set....
Any other sets? Shields, swords, guns, bombs..

I heard that the chaos set has a lot of problems with conditions like fire, shock etc.
What set shud i take? I only hv elemental cloak and helmet.

I guess this thread is a troll. If not, then try re-reading post #1. If you want to know more about swords, try my detailed sword guide.
The swords you've mentioned are fine, but they are not the most powerful in the game. I don't know why you want Hail Driver. Some people like it, but it has a problem of unfreezing itself. Try searching Google for something like "hail driver site:forums.spiralknights.com". Yes, Chaos has dangerous status weaknesses. Your success in using it depends on your skill, computer speed, Internet connection, etc.
There is no one set of equipment that is best for everyone. The items in this game are not perfectly balanced, but thankfully they are not that disbalanced. That's why you need to read guides on the wiki, tell us more about what you want, etc.
Get a few of whatever you see other people using. Then once you have enough to play like everyone else, start getting stuff you rarely see other people using.
Be sure to check the Wiki to help you decide which dead end weapons to avoid though.
The divine set is good for Ghost in the machine and FSC/UFSC.
Divine is mixed in Firestorm Citadel. The shock, fire, elemental, and shadow protections are all welcome. But trojans, slag guards, and Vanaduke all do tons of normal damage. That's why people bring stuff like Volcanic Plate Shield. In this way, Divine fails to protect you from the biggest hazards in FSC.

You want a list of all of the good gear in the game? Have you tried reading the guides on the wiki? No?
Well, here are some of the obviously best weapons:
* Acheron, Combuster/Voltedge, Warmaster Rocket Hammer
* Blitz Needle, Nova/Storm Driver, Umbra Driver (subject to change in gunner update?)
* Dark Briar Barrage, Dark Retribution, Nitronome
Weapons are interesting, because they facilitate varying playstyles. Armor and shields are boring, and hence not worth exploring as much. But here are the best:
* Black Kat Cowl, Chaos Cloak/Cowl, Perfect Mask of Seerus
* Swiftstrike Buckler, Barbarous Thorn Shield
I don't know why you're attracted to a full Divine set. Normal protection is useful, and offensive bonuses are highly desirable.
