I really like game so much that I want to create animated shorts to it, but I can't find any free animation programs I can use. Any free studio I can use? I'm hoping for a 3d with actual custom movement I can use.

Spiral Spy is pretty good, but very limited with animation movements. (Just emotes that we can do in game and such)

A bit of advice. I hope you mean an animated short, not movie. It takes a very, very long time to make an animated feature with one person. I'm not saying don't do it, but as you know this community doesn't stomache long waits well. Expect people to make duplicate threads of dissapointment if you don't deliver on time.

Do this!

Since nobody makes good SK animations, you should try. But if possible try *not* using Spiral Spy.

Of Course

I'm trying to find something with unlimited animation, design, easy to use.
Like taking a drawing in real life and put it in an animaiton.

Wow Max that's greatly offensive to many of the SK animators who do use SS.

Good. SS isn't program for animations.
Though I wonder if theres any other program that would handle SK models, hmm... probably not and that is worst thing here. Maybe if onyx would make mayor update for SS that supports actually users, not new promo content.

We really, really should convince them to hire community animators. Either that, or release the animation engine to people like Solotron or Karitou. It'd help gather a crowd, make people famous, and even make some people want to play more. Seeing something like a fanimation of a boss fight against vana would make my dreams come true.

Oh, hai hai Kari!

Yahyah, it's Ant here.

At the current moment, the best I can think of is getting Adobe Flash Professional (Trial Version) for a little while, and then perhaps getting a part-time job to scrounge up some $ for the whole thing, but as for the ease of use, I don't think it's ideal.

Paint Tool SAI also works, but again, it costs $.

Another one bites the dust...

Anyway, I'm 16 and still in jurisdiction. I'm not allowed to get a job yet. I am considering asking my tech teacher when school starts if any free user friendly 3D animator programs are good to use. Right now, I'm using the torture program for animation, Blender. Not ideal for beginners. I did have SOME knowledge on animation, but I need something less complex.

Well technically there's always the usage of Adobe flash for you to make animation by drawing. If you are a talented artist and can create movements by frames, then you can pretty much animate as high quality as you want. So far i tried looking for any other custom animation programs to open up these java-based animations and knights. But no luck, since it's all on java, everything in the games files can't be edited the way you want them to in terms of animations or materials. For now Spiral-spy is the program i stick with since it's easy for non-animators to make something out of it (like myself).

Adobe flash costs a bit of money (pretty much any 3D modeling programs do). But that's what i would recommend
