I have a friend who who doesn't know exactly what UV what would be best to help with Vanaduke. If any of you know some good UV's for bombs or advice please reply to the forum to help me out.
What would be the best UV or UV's to get on a Shivermist Buster to use for Vana?

In general, the only weapon UVs worth getting are ASI and CTR. And you can't get ASI on a bomb. That leaves CTR.
Okay, I may be overstating how worthless damage bonus UVs are. But my statement definitely applies to status-oriented bombs. You don't use them for damage. You use the to spread as much status as possible, as quickly as possible. So CTR is the UV to get.
And, as Holy-Nightmare points out, Vanaduke is not in any monster family, so no damage bonus UVs affect him anyway.

Well if you want the best of the best shivermist buster, then it should have these three UVs: Ctr very high, damage to undead very high, and damage to construct very high. The bomb itself can deal damage so you can put one near a slag walker and slowly kill it while freezing vanaduke. The undead and construct UVs aren't that useful but it would be cool if that bomb existed.

However it is best not to "roll UVs" for these as you would get better use out of damage UVs with, well, a weapon intended for damage, If you somehow get a forge box with a 3 variant ticket (and everything else in your inventory is perfectly UVed) then feel free trying to perfect another weapon.

The whole point of a vaporizer
The whole point of a vaporizer bomb is not to deal damage, but to give status to a large group of monsters.
Because there is no asi on bombs, the only valuable uv is ctr. Ctr medium is the way to go. I got a jack foster with ctr high and I think that's a little too much but hey I got ctr high on a shivermist reskin :)

In general a Very High CTR would be useful, this would allow you to get max CTR without having to use Volcanic demo suit (which would be the safest CTR boosting armor for this mission), and would allow you to choose other armors that boost other weapons.
Damage VS monsters isn't really important because Vanaduke is Immune to UVs boosts and for the haze to deal damage you would have to place it practically on top of a monster. I am not certain but I believe status damage (fire, shock, freeze, poison w/healer) does not increase with UVs, and besides do you expect your teammates will wait for a monster to take thaw damage when the freeze times out?
