Forge Prize Box depends on what kind (Glowing ?, Shining 75k cr, Radiant 100-120k cr).
Rose Regalia is not worth much currently, due to the new Rose Regalia Returns promo. I sold one for 350k cr, but that was several weeks before the new promo.
