This suggestion is caused by a pm i got from a angry defender ranked player.

" Today i got my first lockbox from the prize wheel, i never knew these things existed, but when i saw how you unlock them, with a key that costs 750 energy, i really became angry, and their selling price was around 4 k crowns, :( this game really needs No-Key Lockboxes..." - Firelos Friend

That!

A lockbox that wouldnt need a key to be opened, wouldnt that be great, right?

But what would it contain?

This lockbox would be 30% rarer than normal lockboxes.

The rewards could be any of the stuff from lockboxes, titanium, morriored ect. + a rare chance to get a event based lockbox that doesnt need a key either.

The thing would be, to prevent noobs getting 5* gear real fast, these lockboxes would only give vanity and accessories.

Watcha thinka bout that, comment down below, and subscribe, and read my Sk crappypasta/creepypastas

Prize boxes.

Taken from the wiki: Prize Boxes are a special type of in-game Lockbox item that do not require a Silver Key to open.

Lockboxes taken from the prize wheel cost $2.45 to open. Prize boxes cost around $5 to obtain + open, except for event-related boxes such as frosty and hallow boxes.

Lockboxes should remained locked, prize boxes should remain unlocked.

So why bother having key boxes when you can wait it out for key-less?

Hmm

I'd have it be sorta like a Surpise Box - this "luckbox" has a small chance of popping out of an Iron Lockbox opened with a Silver Key in addition to the other prizes. The luckbox itself does not need a key to be opened. And then when you open THAT luckbox, there is a small chance of another luckbox popping out, in addition to the plethora of potential prizes within. I'd love to see a video of the luckiest fella on cradle "chaining" luckboxes if this ever gets implemented.

This way, money is still spent. Wooooo??!?!

Really, a luckbox could have a chance of coming out of ANY usable box - forge, prize, lock - it is LUCK, after all. Obviously, it wouldn't come out of usable gift boxes... I have no opinion on clockworks "treasure" boxes (the green/red ones with clovers on top), though.

They could even have events/promotions where "luck is in the air" - perhaps the first 3 days of a new Prize Wheel Lockbox - where the chances of chaining luckboxes to great extent is much higher.

As to noobs getting 5* stuff too fast - well, they can only look at it now, not use it with that Rank-Equipment lock update.
