The gremlin outfits are all weird looking and the only good thing that lasts- gun puppy drakon- is the big absurdly rare thing that no one ever gets to see outside of that one guy that sits in Haven looking high and mighty.

Actually, those gremlin outfits have been around since the beta, if I recall right. I think they've just been...hiding in the files.
I actually like them a lot more because of that. And the Drakon reskin should be awesome.
But I don't want to level up a new Drakon! :< (But I might get anyway so I can someday get different ultimates)
It took them over three years to make their first ever gremlin armor...
And it's a Cash Box???
Not only that but:
1. Drakon reskin is stupidly rare (and you still can't "convert" your existing sprite, so have fun wasting tons of time and money on something you already basically have)
2. STILL NO DARKFANG SHIELD
3. Disguise expires. What a waste.

Correct me if I am mistaken, but I think the only disintegrating thing is the gremlin disguise, which is not to be confused with the gremlin armor pieces and exists with an additional chance of being found. So like I could find a gremlin armor and a gremlin disguise.
when i saw the gun puppy i was happy to get a new reskin as sprite since my only sprite its maskeraith until i got black kat seraphynx was a really nice, now that i want a drakon and this one being gun puppy well... im really dissapointed. lol even this one have <1% (less than 1%) to get it. i honestly dont feel like buying boxes now, if it were at least 10% to get the puppy then i would consider it but 1% means no item for me :c
i just hope someone sell me the puppy for either steam games or "more boxes" because i only have 50$ Usd (but honestly i doubt someone will sell me that to that price)left in my steam wallet and honestly dont want to risk with boxes.
Okay, that makes sense, it'd be terrible to buy a bunch of Prize Boxes and only get disintegrating items.

These costumes aren't even new! They were added god knows when and were sitting in the game files since 2012(or possibly beta since this was around the time i saw them)...

Spiral HQ explicitely encourages knights to commence a mission for fitting into a Gremlin ensemble and spy on their behaviors, plans and techniques. The first problem, at first glance, is that none of this is directly available to the average knights (F2Players), which displays an evident intention for elitism. This sort of widespread movement is poorly conveyed, giving knights the wrong idea of what this actually boils down into.
The distribution method of said disguises is also incredibly uneven. The mask is by far the most effective and important of the set of equipments fit to spy amongst the Gremlins, yet more scarcely available than the very complex-looking suit. In fact, all suits should find their proper helm, yet the likelyhood that at least plenty of knights will have little more than one piece (very often the suit) is a worrying concern. The goggles are also very clearly the most affordable and produceable part of this line of products, therefore they should be more accessible to the lesser-capable knights. In fact, the very presence of these goggles should warrant conducting a research to pinpoint their function amongst the Gremlins' equipment where they set out in the field. Another dire problem that have its importance: each Gremlin Suit carries the Spiral Order emblem. It's a very strict giveaway of their purpose.
The Gun Puppy Drakon is a different problem in itself that is the root of all things detestable about the promotions as well as adding new content to the game: inconsistency. There is already an established way to acquire a different look for a Battle Sprite, whose method is dropped in favor of reusing the rarity exclusive in recent prize boxes' odds of obtaining. Transforming a lively-looking Drakon into a robotized Gun Puppy variant is nothing implausible, since Battle Sprites at the base of their concept evolve and adapt so they can attain the forms we know them for to begin with. That the Gun Puppy Battle Sprite is confined in this manner is both ignoring the established lore and insulting the players' pressured means of affording them.
Then in the end, what do we even report about? What will this thinly-veiled event contribute to the order? To the knights? To opening the Core? Would Cherub be okay with all this? Does Spiral HQ even care about our efforts above the purchases? The manner for which knights are given the choices to suit up is very shaky as a result, and the fact that our alchemy machines have been hijacked by the Gremlins in question is an attestation of the ludicrousness of the organization behind this plan. The string of promotions during the several past months has pressured many knights away from their commitment to and gearing up for expeditions and dangerous investiguations on the field, we sincerely and desperately need to pull ourselves together in order to better prepare our knights, hard at work, in expanding our horizons and realize that we are severely starting to overstay our leisure on this planet.
it seems that OOO is following the basic marketing strategy of "giving the rich the coolest things". it's great and all, but it also makes poor players upset. up to now sprites were pretty much just there, now they will start making costume elements out of it. cool costume elements that I desperately, desperately want. I want that gun puppy drakon, but I'm sure that I won't be able to get it because I haven't got a reliable payment method to use.

But those gripes aside, just be happy that OOO hasn't added new weapons (not reskins - I mean entirely new weapons with different stats) to paid prize boxes. At that point, I would officially rage-quit SK.

Not to burst your bubble... But confetti is essentially an instantly disintegrating usable. These just take 30 days to die. I can also see these being added to the featured auctions alongside the old trojan disguise and love puppy mask. Having those return would be great.

As for the gremlin suits: Well I guess there's a reason (most) gremlins don't have personal colours... Honestly, those things look horrendous.
Thought I'd add-
The 1% gremlin disguise thing, had it been say... a 20-30% item that lasts forever, would have likely been worth it. This is of course assuming that it is the thing that the developers can use that turns them into a gremlin, which would be a pretty neat get.
Another thing that disappoints me is that this could set a precedent for how rare battle sprite variants are. I think the black kat seraphynx was perfect, as the only time you'd want it would be after you obtained all of the other kat hats that you'd want, even if that was none of the three applicable ones. This makes it an attainable but still rare high tier item.
Has anyone seen divine and volcanic suits/helms yet? Supposedly they're equally rare/common as the other colours, but I haven't seen any and neither have any of the (admittedly few) people I asked.
It could just be that people are just keeping the divine/volcanic sets, Konradin. It wouldn't surprise me, seeing as to how popular white is and how volcanic the gremlin's skin colour is. Or maybe you're right and something IS up with it.
Njthug, Cobalt, Miso, and I opened a fair amount of boxes and have not seen divine or volcanic suits or helms.
I've also not seen or hear any reports of suits in trade channel either, at this point I've seen more gun puppies unboxed.
I'm self reporting this, but I think something is wrong with the boxes.

Just in time for new promo? Great! This one looks awful! Hmm, assuming I can rake in enough crowns, I may get one set. Probably Military or Heavy. But these honestly don't look all that great. But I've always wanted to play as a gwemlin.
The Drakon reskin is not worth it to me. I don't even think it looks cute. A <1% chance only shoves my wants for it in a box that will never be opened. Literally. What does the Gremlin disguise do? If it is temporary and ultra rare then it must be something interesting. Unless this was already said somewhere and I missed it.

Relatively meh costumes aside, you guys really should notify the GMs about the prize boxes not dropping divine and volcanic styles, if they aren't reading this.
If they are dropping, the statistic advertised is wrong and needs to be changed. Nothing worse than false advertisement.
I was hoping the Auction House would be flooded with them by now.
Especially since the advertised page lists the divine and volcanic sets are a in the major 85% of drop items listed.
I opened 75$ worth of boxes and no volcanic nor divine. Which is disappointing. I mainly would have wanted shadow/divine :/
EDIT: There is one volcanic suit in the AH. So i guess i'm just horridly unlucky.
