while "Steam" Discussions and forums have bad reputation here, i just want to know if what this user said its true:

With every single update bringing in box promos and reskinned crap, they're destroying the game performance wise. It's already bad enough that it runs on Java, but every time they come out with a promo each patch only weighs down the game folders with thousands of texture and model files. I run the game on dual SSDs configured to Raid-0 so the two drives act like one, and I recently re-installed the game. It took ~2 minutes just to delete the game folder and the files within. 2 minutes to uninstall a game on an SSD? No wonder people have so much lag all the time. After installing it again I viewed the properties for the game folder. For me, a fresh install consisted of 1,941 folders and 14,104 files. All taking up a measly 864 MB. Soon enough you'll need to have SSD's, 32 GB of RAM, a 12 GB GPU and an 8-core CPU just to run the game smoothly. -http://steamcommunity.com/games/spiralknights/announcements/detail/153441709456559348
so im kinda concerned about this matter, anyone can confirm this? because then that mean i should start saving to upgrade my pc if a big update hits.
It really does have a lot of files but it only took a few seconds to delete on a single SSD (after backing it up of course) so I don't know what his problem was.
