Don't give them away to the community through some sort of giveaway game, somewhere that goes along the lines of "Let's play a game..."
Welcome to the best adventure game on the web. And it’s free! In game wealth allows you to enjoy the game even more, so how can you gain it in a way that is both efficient and fun?
First, I strongly recommend that you make at least a one-time purchase of energy with real money, preferably during a promotional event when you’ll get bonus goodies and better deals. Although it’s not necessary, it will help you to accomplish many things at a much faster pace, and frankly, Three Rings deserves some financial compensation and support for this wonderful game.
The best way to gain wealth is to play, and the best levels to play first are the rank missions for both the knowledge and rewards they provide. (Joining a guild may help you to meet players who can assist with these missions.) During the course of play, you will acquire materials and crowns. You may choose to sell some of your materials for crowns in the auction house or to other players directly; however, bear in mind that you will need many of these materials to craft better gear later on. It is best to use your wealth to buy recipes for 2* gear. After you have gained access to tier 2, begin buying recipes from the Basil vendor at level 13 or in the Hall of Heroes found in the Rank Missions. Patiently craft up your gear to 4* level and gain access to tier 3.
After you have completed the Prestige Missions, you may choose to replay certain levels such as the Boss missions for fun or the rewards they provide in terms of crowns, heat, materials, and tokens. Firestorm Citadel (FSC or Vana(duke)) is the most profitable but at 5 levels and an extremely hard boss fight, it requires the greatest time commitment and high level gear. The Tier 2 boss missions, Sovereign Slime and Roarmulus Twins, also pay nicely and can be done much quicker and more easily.
Once you have become familiar with the game, you might begin crafting and selling gear gained from boss tokens. You have a knack for merchanting, you may begin to speculate on accessories or costume items, buying low and selling high. This requires a fair amount of wealth and a lot of knowledge and patience.
Keep in mind that all of these methods for gaining wealth are just other aspects of the game. Wealth should not be your goal, but rather whatever awesome gear or accessories you can buy with your wealth. It’s all playing. Be kind and polite to your fellow knights, and please refrain from begging.
@Itsmeandersonlol: For ducks sake. Stop talking about this shield, you won't get one anyway. And you are trivial if you think it's only one way to get rich.
@Topic: Arcade is best way to "farm" money. Yes, Arcade. Recipe running exactly. With just a pinch of luck you can get 2x and even 3x more from one Basil run than from Vanaduke.

If you read carefully I said it's the only to get rich quickly. Using real money takes time to earn, so again... if you're lucky, the fastest way is to find and sell a Darkfang Shield.
If only we knew the percentage drop rate of the darkfang.
For the sake of not knowing, ill set it at .001%.
Assumptions:
-decon zones contain 20 gremlins
-there exists a gate that can access decon zones within 10 minutes consistently
So, .001% drop rate:
Need to kill 100,000 gremlins
Which is 5000 decon zones
Which is 50,000 minutes
Which is 833.33 hours
Which is about 416 days @ 2 hrs per day.
So 416 days, 2 hours per day.
Now assuming recipe farming:
Assumptions:
-Rare recipe (GF, BTS, BTB, DA, Polaris, etc.) found 1/2 of the time.
-Assuming T3 terminal can be reached in 5 mins (best possible time)
-Assuming avg. of 8k profit per recipe
416 days @ 2hrs per day
2 hrs = 24 recipe runs = 12 rare recipes
=96k profit per day (assuming you could sell recipes at this rate)
416 days = 40mil crowns (about) which is 530k E
Lots of assumptions here, but the last sold DF shield I am aware of went for 360k E. Recipe runs are seemingly more efficient that DF shield hunting.
Most of this is assumed, so DF shield drop rate could be lower. Also, selling recipes at this rate is highy impractical, at that profit margin. So just stick to FSC everybody.
FSC @ 2 hrs per day for 416 days:
4 runs in 2 hrs
8k net + 2k materials selling + 3k tokens = 13k crowns
=52k per day
=21.6mil in 416 days
Or 280k E
Woot
From mine calculations I can get around one million crowns by running arcade one time every day in 3 months.
Really only 1k a month...I spend more than that just on belts monthly...now if Digi and myself added how much we spend weekly just to feed Tatyh n Miso....1k wouldnt cover it might only be enough for a week...Cmon guys its Eos don't low-ball our monthly credit card limit <69.
If anyone ever visits the wiki, they would know it drops from treasure boxes. The percentages are completely unknown, barely anyone in the game actually owns a darkfang shield, and no, they are not dropped by T3 thwackers.
Just clarifying that topic. As for getting rich, farm a ranked mission based in stratum 4, or 6.
"<1%" of the time, giving SEGA massive amounts of money will make you become rich. So clearly that's out.
