As far as I can tell, Vog cubs weren't in the game. They are just rumoured and speculated. (sadly)

Lots of things
Overworld Content: travel to different havens with different arcades. Have above world dungeons in order to get their or something
Mounts: for use on overworld. Maybe robotic horses or tamed monsters. (Large drakon mount?)
More dragon things in game: Weapons, tail accessory, monsters
More level types: Perhaps add water, desert, and rocky areas.
More enemy types: There's still possible enemies combinations that have yet to be seen (deals shadow, weak to shadow, strong against elemental or deals elemental, weak to piercing, strong against shadow)
Maybe new weapon types: Cutting/Blunt, this would add possibilities of axes, maces, and hammers (warhammer doesn't really make sense as a sword but eh)
Open Core: selfexplanatory
More missions: In addition to the new areas, could be danger missions
More bosses: maybe some from crimson order and different kingdoms.

I voted for tortos and JGG, but you left out a lot of stuff I do want. Like a new T3 boss, a 3x bigger dev team, freedom for OOO to do whatever they want with the game, user-created content, arcade redux pt.II, and the gunner update.

I want to see some permanent levels that are actually innovative for the game again. Getting new weapons is fine but what isn't is K.O'ing the same trojan.
You know, that magic of interest when you first downloaded the game and played a full days worth your first time through.

Honestly...
Little sub-bosses no one feels like touching, but would be fun for the more experienced members of the game, including old Tortodrones, Green Jelly Giants, Alpha Wolver (the old ones)...
