Does the Book of Dark Rituals still have a crazy low drop chance?

Because if it has, I doubt many people will actually be able to get any of the new armours up to 5 stars any-decade soon.

Unless Kataclysmic Confrontation events suddenly become longer / more frequent, or normal Kats get a chance of also dropping Books out of the event. A much tinier chance than Black Kats have. You know what, never mind this last paragraph, that would never happen because OOO isn't that nice and wants us to waste as much time in-game as possible.

Who needs the cowl when the 3* versions still give MSI Low and Damage High? It's not like shadow defense matters as much as, say, shock resistance anyways.

The 5 star Black Kat armour gives the same as the Black Kat Cowl. Besides, you can always buy a BKC from someone else if you need it so desperately.

That said, I bet so many people will still keep using the Chaos set (In PvE at least) because of the CTR bonus.
