Whiskers and Cowls?

So OOO has decided that too many players have BKC, and they've brought out these new armours.

Its not enough that Book spawn rates are immensely small (i don't even know a single player who has found one), now there are whiskers required to get the armours. How many people can actually get to fight margrel 6 times???

From Eurydice: "If you happen to perform (accidentally, we assume) a Dark Ritual (yes, THAT dark ritual) and survive the encounter, you may find yourself in possession of a Black Kat Cowl or a Wicked Whisker. "

^^^ The or makes it seems like its one or the other...

So has anyone fought margrel once since the new event? Do you get more than 1 whisker, or is OOO just that dog...?
And if you had the book, do you get whiskers and cowl or is it just one or the other?

To think i got excited about the new armours...

why not use the same thread as everyone else?

Maybe you don't know, but there's already a massive thread underway, discussing exactly this same topic. Just chime in there?

Aphrodite said here that the whiskers don't replace the Black Cat Cowl, if you are the book holder you get both the cowl as well as a whisker. All party members will only receive a whisker though.
