Been playing awhile and heard about vendor levels time to time. Is there somewhere in the wiki or in-game where I can read about these? Or could someone just explain it.

I would think that refers to all levels half-way between "towns", which all have a vendor selling recipes. So on depth 5, 13 and 23, depending on where you start.

As far as I've ever seen,
As far as I've ever seen, vendors at any depth have the same vendor level (0).
Seems like a non implemented feature at the moment
