What could the Arcade Redux be like?

I'm not saying whether it will come out or not. It might be canceled or it might not. But what do you hope it will be like?

I hope it will be like in the .hack games. (At least the PS2 ones) In those games, you have 3 sets of keywords, and then you put the words together in any way you like. So you have things like "Someone's Bursting Graveyard" or "Putrid Orange Desert". Each of the three keywords has various effects on the level of the monsters and their elements, the dungeon layout, and the structures found. (I.e. hills, ruins, lakes, etc.)

If Spiral Knights got this, it would be more than awesome.

he's not suggesting what it should be, he's just saying what he would like it to be
also that idea could work, like it already has that kind of set up
frozen/compound/ creeping colony
it says the status, type, and layout of each level

I thought we would be able to create certain levels like recipes via using the old minerals in gates at the end of each sub station or town.
In fact, there are still the mineral creation scenario rooms and the knights down at the core have been stuck there for a year thinking they still need minerals to open the core.

Isn't it already that though? I mean like for arenas:

Thunder Fist ▒ Arena: ▒ Fiendish Fray

^Status----------^Level type---^Monster type

And most other levels are also named by those 3 parts, but the level type is usually in the form of the icon instead of a word in the level name.

yeah it is like that , but for the arcade redux possibly you could put the 3 things together
like status/enemy type/level type, but you would have to put in materials based on what you chose

and sono added new types of levels (the closest thing we have to a mountain is that grumbling abomination

Actually, two of those things were new. That third one is just a renamed Gloaming Wildwoods. Although I wouldn't mind having another legit forest level. Maybe one that's eternally on fire. Blazing Metal Forest (Primarily Construct-themed).

All levels have 3 styles except compounds which have 4. There are primary and secondary monsters in compounds (those that appear in the grassy areas and those in the construction area).

@Topic

Sandbox style gates. We've already gotten aspects of the redux - new pickups and boosts. How the gates are formed is likely the last step and will likely be implemented along with the new T3 boss (because theyll likely add a 5th gate or revamp the entire gate-system).

Guild gates.

I'd implement a guild gate system based on the old mineral deposits. Solves the achievement issue and allows a nigh endless mineral sink (don't like the levels you got? Pool in more minerals, something you probably have thousands of collectvely.).
