I can't figure out how to set my profile pic for the wiki. can anybody help?

You mean that you have a wiki user page (such as User:Jdavis for me), and you want a picture of yourself on it?

You have to upload an image, using the "Upload File" link on the left side of any wiki page.

Then you have to edit your wiki page to display that image. The easiest way to do this is to find another editor with such a picture and steal his/her wiki code.
