Hi,
I'm soon planning to create a 3d prototype of Sk to make it easier for OOO to know what players want,as for now since im quite busy i don't know if it will be achievable but it wont hurt to give it a try.

Once i will get enough useful ideas to create a video i will create a suggestion topic which will include the video +the ideas of the community so this will save OOO the pain to read lots of posts.( please don't write a huge paragraph because i hate reading and i might end up not reading it :p)

Post any kinds of ideas or things which you want to see or happen in arenas.

Any ideas from new specific arenas enemies,mechanics,traps or new arena's structures or even NCP's.
I plan to make this kind of work again for other parts of the game such as Lock down and also the bombers

Fehzor : More Variations of blocks functions/eg vortex blocks,slime blocks (Monster blocks lag issues needs improvement).

Dead-Bard : More variations to the battle floor/change shapeof levels and add specific traps depending on the arena's theme

Ankung: More strategical arena variations/different heavy monsters depending on arena's theme/rare arena's

Dreamless-Reaper(me) : Add NPC that awaits the victorious players at the end of last wave to give players a feeling of satisfaction and victory

Good luck with this. Like really, good luck, this sounds awesome and I'm glad that someone still wants to work on the game.

I'd really like to fight the tortodrone in the middle of the anniversary event's mixer area, where it swirls you around chaotically, but in general I just want to see more uses for the newer elements, like during the tortodrone event when arenas with mob healers, vortex blocks, slime bomb blocks... those things.

Also, an arena that is entirely covered in star blocks that respawn, that introduces mobs through gates. We need one of those.

And monster blocks. The game underutilized monster blocks.

For a moment there I thought you were referring to lockdown.

As for arenas Idk why they'd need improvements, they're pretty neat as they are, maybe add some variation to the battle floors with different traps and shape, other than that I wouldn't know how to improve them.

I will definitely make one for Lockdown after i finish the arena topic,as for what you said you are right but those little changes can really make a huge difference to players :)

More variety

One thing that I would be interested in would be if, let's say an undead arena could have a black Kat spawn (though without page drops) instead of the usual heavy monster (that is Trojans in this case), or make giant Lichens sometimes replaced by giant Toxoil or Oiler barons, depending on theme.

Or an arena layout that consists of a single respawning Love Puppy in the middle and TONS of hard monsters. (Like three giant Lichen colonies, two menders and a few status grates. In the first wave.) This would almost force players to keep near the love puppy to stay alive and plan their tactics around that.
Different arena layouts would be a good idea completely. Like some "Grate madness" with easy enemies and lots of grates. "Bullet hell" would probably also be a layout too.

Have rare arena encounters with battlepods too. Maybe even have some super rare arena which entirely consists of Ghostmane Stalkers. Spawn mini monsters! Mix the species! ANYTHING!

And here comes something that everyone probably would hate. Overtime Preventing. The layout consists of an office with respawning Devilite. The waves consist of increasing amounts of Pit bosses and Gorgos. You see where this is going...

Those are so many nice idea which i will gladly look into it and see what designs i can make,as for the heavy monsters i think that hey should just make unique variety monster specifically for arenas.

Make it a sexy princess and you're dang right im going to be cheerful, but then: "Aviri, your princess is in another Arena"

I'm also surprised noone has yet mentioned a miniboss battle at the end of an arena, instead of spawning the 12 greavers of doom or the 12 gremlins of the bombpocalypse, not talking about trojans or lumbers either, some real minibosses, like the tortodrones or that big fire lumber on the way to haven (or was it the rescue camp? don't remember)

-Minibosses harder than Giant monsters (Giant Lichen, Trojan) at the end of at least one room, probably the last one.

-An arena featuring Toxilargo.

-An arena with a Tortodrone. (regular, not undead)

-Actually using Ice Cubes and Rock Jellies in Elite and Brute waves, respectively. Spawning gremlins or mecha knights at the end of a Slime arena doesn't make sense. (P.S: Brute wave = the 4+8 Lumber/Alpha Wolver waves in the 3rd room of the arena)

-less abusable spawning patterns (ie, leaving one turret alive and spawning one branch of the fight, making it significantly easier)

I'm done being serious. Time to revel in insanity.

I was thinking maybe a protect the base type mode. The arena consists of a wide, horizontal hallway-esque floor. A geo-surveyor is set up at one end, with gates lining the sides all the way to the other side. A massive gate lies at the other end, mind you.

There's about borderline infinite waves. Each wave, two random gates go down and out comes a monster family from each. They auto-aggro to the geo-surveyor, and only aggro you once you attack them.

You're allowed to change your loadout with the arsenal station at the surveyor's base, which activates between waves. A holo-monitor alerts you of what families and statuses will attack the next wave, so prep up for them. Or Chaos your way through, doesn't matter.

Every 5 waves, the giant gate at the back will lower, releasing a Titan mob (Trojan, Giant Lichen, or Dreadnaught) and about four elite mobs (Mecha Knight, Thwacker, or Alpha). Three regular gates will open as well, however they will all be one family type that isn't from the Titan or Elite's family.

After a 10-wave run, a gate behind the surveyor will open. It will be similar to the current Arena prize room, with a lift that you can take to the next arena room or take you back to Haven.

P.S. I have no idea where I was going with this. I still have no idea where I went with this.

Thanks for the ideas

So what do you guys think about having a whole new system where every amount of months there is a special theme event in the arena where you get to fight a special boss which is completely different from all the classes in Sk.

For example a cold iron vanquisher boss( Big skull monster with one eye) that you have to fight in the last wave,and if you accomplish to defeat him you will be awarded by the arena emperor with special arena points/tokens which can be used to get special costumers ,orbs,sparks or even special sets.

The prices will vary depending on what lvl of difficulty you play :

Elite chases to get = x2 orbs 20%- 1 costumer 15%-Unique Armour 1% and so on

Normal= x 1 orb - less changes to get costume and armor
