UV Charge Time Reduction question

So I was crafting Tempered Calibur and I come across UV Charge Time Reduction: Medium
I'm planning to make Leviathan, so should i keep this or sell this?
Help is much appreciated :D

Well I already have vog cub set working on it so gear 5 is no problem.
I want a regular normal weapon i can always keep for swings, so my dilemma is invest in an attack speed or charge time reduction on Leviathan?
Is there a possibility to get UV: very high (4) boost?

And, yes, weapons go from 1 (low) to 4 (very high).

You need *multiple* sets of 5* gear, yo. Seriously. How are you going to out alpha people if you can't dress for EACH strata. Where is your shock armor? Where is your FREEZE armor? What about COSTUMES? What about 5* piercing stuff so you can crush Snarbolax and get tons of babes?
Sell it, man up, get more armor than you know what to do with!
(because seriously, after you have one set of 5*, what else is there to do?)

Keep or sell? Depends on wether you find 1 sec charge reduction more valuable than the 1.5k ce (or more) you could get for it.

By the way, I got several *5 gears, cuz it's more fun to play this game that way.
My friend had the exact same dilemma, though with a regular Calibur rather than Tempered.
I urged that friend to resist the urge to equip it, and sell it instead.
That one sale earned enough CE to build a full set of 5* gear.
So that's the path I'd recommend. Hit up the Bazaar forum to check prices and put up an auction thread if you decide to do that.
