Dusky Exhaust pipes are same colour as Fancy

I didn't see this reported anywhere so if it has been, please don't chew me out.
Anyway I was going to add Dusky exhaust pipes but as you can see they are the exact same as Fancy.

Why doesn't anyone pay any mind to these item coloration mistakes, I've noticed some too.
