They could also release it today. In fact, they arguably *should* release it today. Like, there is no reason to wait an extra day, and it's getting kind of late. I'd say that two and a half to three weeks would be preferable to one and a half to two weeks, given that one of the weekends is likely going to be used for trick or treating via the younger demographic and partying via the non-socially awkward members of the older demographic.

Now that I know we are getting it, unless OOO is trolling us but I completely doubt it, but take a look last year in the steam Announcements, it came out on the 23rd, or someone must've stated it, and I'm being extremely stupid, and someone clarified and proven that it comes out tommorrow, then I'd be a shamed of my self. >.>
