When I queue for a random team in the Coliseum, I continuously get delayed.
Even if I join before other players they end up in the game and I end up getting delayed again.
Help?

If you are T2 (Assuming, since no real reason to be delayed a lot in T3) : get a group of friends to play with, or get in touch with people can help you with setting up games. There isn't really much of a T2 scene at the moment, but some guilds that might help you are Demonology and Celestial Vanguards.
Depends on what Tier you play in.
T1 is dead
T2 is almost as dead with most matches having to be preorganized
T3 on the other hand is pretty much continuously active.
Without knowing what Tier you are set to play in I can't make any suggestions
