There was no "Missions" category, so I made one. Please add this to any mission pages you see that lack it.
Well, I couldn't find one in the master category list or on any mini pages. So yeah, correct me if I'm wrong.

Before jumping into labeling, should we make smaller subcategories for prestige, event prestige, DLC, and rank missions? Or just lob them all into "mission" and let the type details stay on individual pages?

Also cleaning up event pages.
EDIT: well! that was actually kind of fun. Event pages should all be separated into mission pages and event pages - some of the confusion was due to the event being called the same thing as the prestige mission (as with Shroud and March). Did a few page moves and links, hope this clarifies things.

Event pages are now consistently organized (ToC wise), and they should all have calendars with a lot of information for questioning users.

Clarified a few things about prize boxes.

Future updates for the event pages should be a simple plug-and-chug process.
