Is carrying players through a mission helpful? or is it teaching them to rely on more powerful players to kill a monster rather than learning to fight that kind of monster?
Carrying good or bad? and why?

I leaned that from carrying lots of players especially the ones which need the most help they like swing without thinking while i killed everything because they feel more safe to play with a pro in their team.
So from then i stated to wear 0* gear while carrying other players and it resulted that they tend to be more careful also by giving them tips while fighting their experience increased :3.
Warning if the team might be really bad you might want to wear your 5* gear just in case...
So let them do most of the job but also support them and help them learn how to survive(note that there are some good beginners that they are capable of learning from just watching what you are doing )
Also giving them all your knowledge can be useful ;)
Carrying is only good when you yourself don't KO everything in sight before other people. IMO its best to jump in to help lower levels when you see things are getting a bit too hectic. but, normally endgame players have no business being in T1/begininng of T2 besides Orbs/radiants.(You should have some income by then) If you gotta pull extra weight when you're the last one standing then by all means, carry on. :x
Lower leveled players that actually listen and want to learn from advice is one of the greatest things ever.
They are really hard solo and they are important, but I make sure to let them kill their fair share of the monsters.
Well, there was a time in my SK career when I don't know what to do, doing Snarby, RJP, IMF and FSC for the first time I always had somebody to tag along. Here is where I learn all the stuff and all the tricks to the boss. I would say a learning experience is never bad, there is a difference between toughen a newbie up and do the heavy liftings for them.
