Fall, a wonderful time. Young knights trick or treating, costumes, and the Dark Harvest Festival happen around this time. You are a part of a 4 knight squad, scouring the Arcade, seeking an audience with the Punkin King for candy, when you arrive at a party button. You step on it, and something goes very, very wrong.

Apps closed as we have all 4 people - Feel free to read though!

I've decided to make an RP to celebrate our spooky holiday. It will be short, and there are only 4 character slots. Feel free to make an app!

Name: Amias

Gender: Male

Equipment:

Armor: Ashcoat + hat

Costume: Spiral flack jacket, Spiral crescent helm with mecha wings

Swords: Jalovec, Dark throne blade

Shield: Dark thorn shield

Appearance: Amias is tall, really tall. Thats the only intimidating thing about him (that and how he fights). His eyes are dark brown that others sometimes mistake for black. His Jalovec has obviously seen more than a few battles, other than that the rest of his equipment seems somewhat new. He has dark brown straight hair that flows out of his helmet from the back.

Personality: Amias is awkward to be around, mostly because of his hight situation. He's unaware of where his body is and sometimes unaware of everything thats going on around him. Hes almost always lost in thought unless something important is going on right in front of him and even then sometimes he will space out. Amias does not understand people (he's read all the books on it but he just cant figure it out) although he will make the effort to an emotional helping hand he just can't. Amias is annoyingly persistent, you could knock him down, through him around and tell him its hopeless but he will still try at it until he loses interest or all does really seem lost. In battle Amias becomes nothing more than a beast hell bent on killing whatever he's trying to kill. He will focus on nothing else until he's won or until he's dead. That being said sometimes he will just rush into a fight stupidly.

Just a question, hows the RP going to work?

Name : Luke Walker

Gender : Male

Equipment : Solid Cobalt Armor, Solid Cobalt Helm, Ascended Calibur, Boosted Plate Shield.

Appearance : Luke is a medium height, and a slightly underwhelming appearance. His gear is mostly hand me down, but he makes use of it as much as he can. Cobalt color eyes with the innocence of youth in them.

Personality: Luke is often looked at as standard, so not many people register him as important. This bugs him, but he doesn't let it get in his way. He is friendly, and is a nice person. He can be scared pretty easily, but doesn't run away.

Appearance : Wavy brown hair and large innocent eyes. Like seriously so innocent. Really petite as well.
Personality : Extremely naive and gullible. After all, when told that elemental was good against the Punkin King, he spent his savings on a Magic Cloak. However, he manages to counter that fault, or rather compliment it, with extreme innocence.

Appearance : Wears a Kat Hiss Mask, regular cobalt armor. She is very small, has pink eyes and they are cheeky.

Personality : She is actually mute meaning she can't actually talk but, judging by her actions, she likes to be cheeky. She isn't afraid to back down from a challenge and will look after her allies first than her own life.

The elevator stopped sharply at it's destination. Set before the party were 5 spookats, and 3 dust zombies. Nothing much that would challenge them. To the left to the enemies, there was a button to push, that would seemingly open the door to the right of the enemies, which led to a party button.

Amias was the first to step out of the elevator. He looked around at the surrounding area and unsheathed his Jalovec.

"Ok ill go take care of the zombies, yeah."

Amias then went off on his own and started taking out the dust zombies

"Wah!" Beeve cried, stumbling over to the left. His hands grasped at his side before he finally gripped his Autogun and pulled it from its holster. He took a step back, nearly tripping, before he fired a round, the gun shaking wildly in his unsteady hands.

Airiety noticed the enemies and then took out her "Spike Shower" before running towards the Kats. She liked messing with Kats and if they tried to attack her while dropping a bomb, she could easily take out her avenger and slash them. Airiety deliberately waited for them to charge and turn back before dropping the Spike Shower and watching the results before repeating the progress.

Luke shook his head, and unsheathed his sword. He swung at a Kat, and it spun away, then screeched back at him. His shield went up, and the Kat got a mouthful of metal. Luke slashed at the Kat and it sunk to the ground in defeat.

"I got one!"

Then he looked and saw the others taking almost the rest of them at once. His shoulders sagged, and he moved to help them.

The enemies fell, one by one, whether it was by good swordsmanship, explosives, or nervous spray and praying. The knights had defeated the enemies, leaving only two objects of interest to them: the button to the door, and the party button behind said door.

Airiety noticed all the enemies falling and noticed the two buttons. She head towards the door and thought 'Hm...' and then stepped on the button and watched as the gate fell before walking onto the party button. She signaled to the group to come across before charging a Dark Reprisal Mk II.

Amias took one more good look around the area and after a quick sweep for more enemies he walked over to the party button. But it felt all too strange to him. Like something wasn't right. Aw well, what cha going to do. He hopped onto the party button and looked at Airiety.

"I dont think I know your name. Mine is Amias, pleasure to meet ya."

Airiety looked at Amias and then walked off the button to drop her charged bomb so it exploded and put it away. She walked back onto the party button and took out a notebook along with a pen. Airiety wrote 'Hello Amias... My name is Airiety, its also interesting to see why other knights want to go hunt the punkin king? Just for the candy or for the masks?' Airiety then put the notebook away along with the pen.

Beeve gingerly opened his eyes, the Autogun clutched in a death grip in front of him. All the enemies had been dispatched. Relieved, he quickly ran up to the party button, where the others awaited him.

Doom and gloom

The party stepped on the button, and it went down, making a loud thunk noise. The door behind them closed, yet the one in front of them did not open. The party was trapped by this odd occurrence. After about 15 seconds of waiting, something flashed through their minds. What the knights recalled in their head was 3 dark, eerie purple eyes, as if it were staring into their soul. 10 seconds after this, arms came from the ground, forcefully grabbing the party. Soon after they were grabbed by these dark hands, they lost their consciousness. They would soon find themselves awake in a hallway of obsidian. There were 3 soul-like orbs floating, one of them near an elevator.

Airiety looked around and was confused when the gate didn't go down. Then she got grabbed by dark hands before she lost consciousness. When she recovered, she looked around in the hall of obsidian and she thought 'Obsidian... This is confusing...' She took out her notebook and pen and wrote 'Where is this place?' but put at the end and then put the notebook away with the pen

The pieces have come together. May the game begin.

Amias woke up in a puddle of drool and looked around the room, dazed and confused. 'Obsidian' he thought to himself. He stood up and brushed himself off. He saw that Airiety and Beeve were already up. He walked over to Beeve and knelt down beside him.

"Hey buddy, I know you're scared right now but look on the bright side, you're not dead and ya still have your feet."

Amias then walked away without waiting for a response. He walked towards one of the wall and started to stare at it.

((So if we are the first knights to be attacked by the Apocrean Harvester does that mean that we're all going to die by the end of this RP... sick!))

Airiety looked concerned at what the orb said and then wrote down what the orb said. She thought 'Apocrea? This is not good or, is this a trick by the Punkin king?' but it was clear they needed to find the elevator and leave as soon as they can. She then wrote down under what the orb said 'I don't know what the Apocrea's are going to be like but, if we encounter them outside an arena, we should avoid them.'

Amias just stood there intently looking at the obsidian wall. He then began to feel the wall up and down, but found nothing of interest. He then walked over to one of the glowing orbs and stuck his hand in it.

"Da hell's an Apocrea?"

The orb, not caring about the hand of Amias, and still talking without emotion, responded to Amias, "The Apocrea are stuff of nightmares: a terrible legion of otherworldly whose only ambition seems to be trapping and devouring the souls of all life. Though you may venture beyond this nexus, you will undoubtedly fall into one of their traps along the way. The Apocrea bend reality, twisting the environment they invade into a trap. In these traps they stalk any life, harvesting their souls for some unimaginable purpose."

The orb looked at Airiety's notebook and replied, "No. We have an elevator on this floor, but it's broken. It only goes down. Even if it went up, the Apocrea would probably set its gaze upon it, preventing you from going up."

The soul looked towards Luke. It seemed to know the answer, but looked like it didn't want to answer. "Just don't let it gaze upon you. Death is better than having it see you. I've heard from other souls that they have an elevator to the surface deep down in the Clockworks, but you likely won't survive. You've met a terrible fate. The elevator down is behind me." The soul moved aside, showing two souls and an elevator behind it.

Amias followed the soul trying to keep his hand inside of it. He soon gave up though and took his hand out of the soul

"So we just cant have this thing look at us? Seems easy. Im guessing this nexus is safe considering you souls have yet to be taken."

With a huff Amias sat down and started to stroke his arm. He does this when he is thinking intensely.

"Wellp to me it looks like we are safe for now, so gather around my children and let us think of a battle plan, shall we?"

Amias then got a flare and lit it. It was cold and dark in the nexus, he was hoping that it would help.

Personality : Mcdp's silent, but yet deadly person, very few knights heard him talk, in most situations, he loves to shock and burn monsters around him, when in real danger, he uses his pet to cloak him to bypass it. He's a former member of the Iron Wolf squad and a former bounty hunter. Mcdp didn't trust the people around him, instead, he just disappears. Right now Mcdp's after the Punkin King to receive tasty loot with 3 people ( anyone). Who knows what he'll do next.

The soul replied, saying, "The Apocrea doesn't seem to have any weakness. In fact, I watched many try to kill it only to fail. Your best bet would be to run. Survival is... is possible, but not likely. If you see any souls like me, but in chains, please break them and free the souls if it won't kill you."
