That's just a quote from SK announcement. If SK states that Maskwell will stick around until Nov. 10, I guess that means Maskwell will stick around until Nov. 10. Just common sense. Thanks.

Coomion sense would mean...
Common sense would mean that there are many players who have gained tokens but might be unable to exchange them just by Nov.2nd, so SK gives some extra time AFTER the Harvest festival for such players. Common sense,. Thanks.

Haven Town Square
He was in Haven Town Square as recently as last night. Now he is not in Haven Town Square. Hmmm. Maybe it's a bug, to which you should alert Three Rings.

Kind response to a fair question.
I won't bury this topic yet; I'll wait to see if there are others confused by SK's announcement of of keeping Maskwell until Nov.10 but no Maskwell on Nov.3.

CRYES PITIFULLY!!!
I lost around 2700 tokens... I were really hope about i can exchange then to until 10 November... Now they deleted all tokens from Arsenal... and no Maskwell there :'(
Thats really made me infuriates!!!

has a bug report been filed?
If I remember correctly, this sort of thing has happened in the past. And Three Rings said "Oops" and reinstated the tokens and the trader, so that people could cash in. So make sure you file a bug report before getting too enraged.

I'm sorry for the confusion.
There was a small issue that caused him to leave early. Our developers were able to correct it so you can still spend your tokens. Maskwell should be back now and any left over candy you had should be available in your in game mail.
