Replace their posts with the {{delete}} tag, the gms will look into them every so often.

The spammers change username/IP anyway (I've seen this on other wikis). So it doesn't matter if they're banned quickly or not since they already abandoned that name.
I don't know. Contact tech support? Post a message at Clotho's wiki talk page? Good luck, and thanks for trying to suppress spam.
