I'd rather have a different
I'd rather have a different 3* shield that gives a high CTR instead.
I'd call it..... the Quickboom shield!
The whole point of the SSB is the sacrifice of defense for ASI. Giving this shield the power to tank a hit from a T3 enemy would remove this sacrifice.
Cool idea but it would be unbalanced.
